CARASOIE, a preliminary study contract
BACKGROUND
As part of its development, CARASOIE, a company specialising in the manufacture and finishing of luxury textile products (bath towels, ties and silk scarves), wishes to increase its production capacity with the construction of a new building.
THE PROJECT
Seduced by Co Design&Build's offer, the company, located in Pont-Evêque in Isère, entrusted OpenBox with a Preliminary Study Contract to assist them in the design of their project.
The CEP gives the project owner the opportunity to call on the services of an expert partner, in order to work together in complete transparency and co-design the building that best meets their needs.
The aim is to check that the client's intentions match the constraints of the project. It includes all the design phases (establishment of the programme, design, preliminary project) and leads to the submission of the Building Permit.
Our partners, XXL Group and Opéra Fluides also participate in the study.
At each stage of the CEP, estimates of the provisional cost of the works and a timetable for completion are also produced.
