Friendly construction site meal at the Fos-Sur-Mer site with all the project participants and craftsmen, as well as our client Nuveen, a TIAA company<\/a> and its operator GXO Logistics, Inc.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"David Fitoussi emphasized the commitment of everyone and thanked Vivian Bouquery<\/a> and Mathieu Rodrigues<\/a> for their trust.\nThe guests had the opportunity to visit the construction site: two 6,000 m\u00b2 units are being built and will be added to the 7 existing units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located on the site of the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille \u2013 Port de Marseille Fos<\/a>, the logistics base will span 56,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The asset acquired by Nuveen in 2018 on behalf of one of its managed funds is operated by GXO Logistics, under a long-term lease, on behalf of Electro D\u00e9pot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
