This year, for our summer day, we had the pleasure of enjoying a unique experience:
Thanks to Philippe Fournier, conductor of the Confluences Symphony Orchestra, we explored the link between music and teamwork.
Philippe Fournier brilliantly highlighted the fact that music is a common language that is within all of us, regardless of our activity.
This language allows us to harmonise, understand each other and create together.
As in an orchestra, he showed us the importance of active listening in order to be in tune, in unison and in resonance with each other.
Becoming aware of our common music means understanding the importance of improving the quality of our interactions.
Within our team, with our partners and our clients, in the common interest of the project's success, we can always keep in mind what the other person wants to tell us and the score we are all playing together.
Philippe Fournier gave us the confidence we needed to play piano duets. He helped us find the right note and keep the tempo by inviting us to listen. A moment suspended in time, exciting... magical!
This day was also an opportunity to take stock of the past year and work on our prospects in workshops.
A beautiful bike ride in the Monts du Lyonnais and a joyful dinner brought this shared moment to a close.
