Located on the site of the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille – Port de Marseille Fos, the logistics base will span 56,000 m².
The asset acquired by Nuveen in 2018 on behalf of one of its managed funds is operated by GXO Logistics, under a long-term lease, on behalf of Electro Dépot.
