The portrait: Audrey Rognard-Muguet, technical assistant at OpenBox.

How did you end up at OpenBox?
Through temporary work. During the first interview, I immediately felt comfortable. I did a 3-month mission in the fall of 2021, which went well, and they offered me a permanent contract right after.

What are your responsibilities?
I am an administrative and technical assistant. I mainly handle the daily administrative follow-up related to OpenBox's construction projects: collecting documents, signing contracts and amendments, setting up purchase orders with subcontracting companies, follow-ups, invoicing, etc.
My role also involves assisting project managers in their tasks: planning, reminding of deadlines, etc... For this position, you need to be very organized, but I had already worked in technical planning.
I didn’t necessarily know the construction industry, but the whole team was there to help me at the beginning, answering my questions. They were really kind, and everything went very smoothly. I gradually found my bearings.
I enjoy being in contact with OpenBox’s companies and partners. There’s a lot of variety in this role.

And we work in a great atmosphere: we have a lot of fun together, which doesn't prevent us from being serious about following up on projects. In any case, the days go by very quickly !

A key word?
Kindness, without a doubt! OpenBox is a great family! We get along very well.

A passion?
Singing! I really enjoy French variety music. I've participated in singing competitions and sing at karaoke. I hope to be able to do this with the team soon. We'll probably discover some hidden talents!
